Asha Parham loves talking to consumers and gaining insights. She thrives on being able to communicate effectively with people on a variety of topics. Her strength is in being able to connect with people to draw out deeper insights whether topic of conversation is light or heavy and her ability to actively listening to what people are saying. She combines her formal research training with her ability to connect and make people feel comfortable to get the insights needed to make strong strategic business decisions.
Asha has over 15 years of experience working in consumer research, social science research, marketing, new product development and human-centered design strategy and research. She uses her experience and expertise with both qualitative and quantitative research and usability testing to help serve her clients. She has worked with a variety of clients ranging from education to technology, for- profit and non-profit organizations.
Asha holds a degree in Marketing from University of Maryland, College Park and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing Research from the A.C Nielsen Center at University of Wisconsin, at Madison. She is a RIVA Institute trained moderator and facilitator and a member of QRCA.
